  Service issues. 1. Not getting the order right every time, medium 3 sugar 2 cream is all i ask. 2. Thank you. Never, you will never ever get a Thank you from anyone that works there. Easier to drag a dead horse up a hill, go ahead try it. 3. Regular customer. Uh who cares? So you've been driving through , walking in , sitting in for the the last 5 years all the while being very polite and tolerant and not complaining. Well guess what? You're invisible, yup invisible. Oh don't worry... your money is not, ok schmuck ? So now i take my travel mug fill it up with my Keurig at home , takes about 2min, drive past Tim Hortons and save at least 10min and 50% of my hard earned thankless money each time.

  Only drive through and small booth but they are fairly quick with service. They close their passenger extra lane all the time. Why have one?

  The person ahead of me had a huge order. (Not a big deal until the other lady started serving customer behind me in line because they were regulars. I watched them serve 2 people that were behind me in line before I left.youve lost a customer that comes at least twice a day with 10-20$ orders each time.

  They only have one of their two lanes open so it can be very slow at peak times.
