Awful. Every time I go there it's a mess. They can't hear you in the drive thru so you speak up to almost a yell then they become rude and ignorant with you that you yelled at them??? Then to make it more frustrating they switch people on drive thru half way through your order.... Worst customer service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. Everyone should be fired for how ignorant and incompetent they are.
