  Fantastic food with a very friendly staff. The manager recognized us after coming frequently for a few weeks and then a 6 month absence. Vegetarian options. A titch pricy but good real food will be more expensive and definitely worth it.

  Best breakfast in Belleville. Waiter/waitress very friendly. There are other few good places for Breakfast in Belleville but the issue is always the weak coffee they serve. It is not the case at cafe E. For light breakfast , you can find a variety of croissant. They also have Montreal bagels. The only improvement I can see is the speed to interact with incoming customers. Some staff dedicated to food arranging doesn't interact with customers while waiter/waitress is busy. Could be a turn off when you are in a hurry and nobody cares about you for few minutes.
