  Where do I start? 8 months ago I came to the shop to look at a used road bike Adam had for sale.We'd never met before. I explained what I was after and rather than selling me the bike he talked me out of it. Numerous emails, texts and visits (including Caleb dropping what he was doing to help me with my other bike) later I have a shiny new Big Rove steel frame and couldn't be happier. Adam spent at least an hour with me on purchase day fitting it and making sure everything was dialed in. As Adam would say ... pure bliss.
  Adam , Caleb and Laura you rock.
  Lovely people , great service and value .... oh yeah , the coffees good too.

  So gracious. I'm thrilled to have an actual coffee shop in Belleville. Brought my laptop and got some emails off for work while sipping delicious latte, munching a yummy healthy snack, and enjoying the friendly vibe. What's not to like?

  I brought my fat bike in to get an issue looked at. Adam did a very thorough diagnostic of my bike and emailed me with what was causing the problem. He provided 2 solutions to fix the problem as well as costs associated for each option. I decided on the option that he recommended and he went ahead with the repair. The bike was completed in a timely fashion and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend the Brake Room for all your bicycle repair needs.

  Friendly staff and owners who are looking to help grow the active transportation community and movement. Very knowledgeable and helpful about coffee and biking. Not looking to make a quick buck; they legitimately want what's best for their customers. Cheers!
